Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Customers must notify us within 7 days after receiving a product to apply for a return request. Upon approval, we will email detailed return procedures. Any unauthorized return will be returned to the customer at their cost.

IT IS NECESSARY TO KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKING ITEMS AND FILLERS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. The shipper will not authorize an exchange if product is not re-packaged as it was originally shipped.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned merchandise, unless merchandise arrived damaged. If items are described as having weathered and/or distressed features, variations in color and finish are to be expected and this is not considered damage or a defect. If you received FREE SHIPPING on the original purchase, these costs will be deducted from the refund.

Upon receipt of a return authorization, the merchandise must be returned to original shipper within (10) business days. After this period, returns will not be accepted and no credit issued.

Non-eligible Items for Return

All Bedding items (including all bedding textiles) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return

Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Soiled/used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Returns on eligible items that are not defective will incur a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less shipping and handling, re-stocking fees and return shipping charges. Standard shipping charges will apply for all "free shipped" non-defective items.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order please e-mail or call us immediately. If you cancel an order that has already been shipped, all shipping costs, original shipping costs to your address and back to us, plus any handling fees charged to us by the supplier will be at your expense.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of the item when it reaches your home or place of business, you will be charged for all shipping costs, including the cost to return the item to the original shipper. You will also be charged for any bank credit card fees that have been incurred along with handling and restocking fee imposed on us by our suppliers.

ORDERING

Note that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can opt to cancel the order and your card will be refunded.

Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone, but we realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call us at 252-986-9866 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm EST. If we are assisting other customers or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.

PROMOTIONS & SALES

From time to time we will run sales promotions that feature discounted pricing on products. In addition, subscribers to our newsletter will receive via email special coupon or promotion codes to be redeemed at checkout. Coupons, sales and promotions cannot be applied to gift certificates or combined with any other offer. Sorry, no price adjustments on previous orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized or ineligible use of discount.
